A traditional hot aromatic chilli sauce, used extensively in the cuisine of South East Asia. Sambals can be blisteringly hot however the oriental spicing always shines through. We have dialled the heat down a notch or two in our signature sambal to make it far less intense than our Sambal Ulek. We use two distinct varieties of chillies to give our signature sambal it's unique flavour.
Parva Spices signature sambal is made to a traditional Javanese recipe from completely natural ingredients, there are no artificial colouring's, preservatives or stabilisers. Suitable for Vegan diets and is gluten free.
Uses: Our signature sambal works wonders on sandwiches and wraps. Just mix up with some mayonnaise and spread away. We are big fans of chicken, cheese, tuna wraps or sarnies, especially if toasted!
