Our Chepstow Membrillo, a Spanish style fruit paste, is SwapCrop brilliance. We use our friend Judith's quince and Sheila's apples. It's smalll batch, all from Chepstow and truly delicious.
Our Membrillo is brilliant with a blue cheese, goat's cheese, Brooke's Angiddy, roast pork, pan fried pork chops, add a spoonfull to gravy and even add a dollop to a scoop of vanilla icecream - scrummy!
Ingredients: - Whole local quince & apples 49% , sugar 49%, lemons, water.
Sugar content approx 63%.
