Made from perry pears, a speciality of the three counties and Monmouthshire, Perry was the drink of choice in Georgian society. It’s a great accompaniment to cheese and fish dishes. It is now making a comeback; be part of the revival and support the survival of unusual, traditional varieties like Thorn (pre-1676), Green Horse and Brandy.
As we ferment in small batches the variety you receive will depend on what is available. ABV typically between 5 and 7%.
