Forest Kombucha is brewed locally in the Forest of Dean. Made in small batches in our Forest kitchen, kombucha is a traditionally fermented tea drink that has been around for thousands of years. Known for its healing properties, it’s full of trillions of good bacteria. An adaptogen, it helps to feed the body’s microbiome from probiotics produced during the fermentation process.
A satisfying alternative to alcohol, it's gluten free, suitable for vegans and only contains naturally occurring sugars.

Forest Kombucha is made in small batches so each bottle has its own unique flavour and quality. You may notice traces of ’SCOBY’ and sediment in your brew, this is perfectly normal and safe to consume.
We strongly encourage bottle returns to help us reduce, reuse and recycle.
