This dish has its roots in the famous Moti Mahal restaurant in Old Delhi, India. A dish that was created in the 1950s and still today defines Indian food for millions of people around the World.
This is more commonly known as butter chicken on these shores and in my humble opinion is a dish worth selling your soul for!
This recipe has been adopted from the original to take into account my lack of a tandoor in the kitchen. Other than that it remains authentic to its origins.
